Shipping Policy

Costs

• Flat rate shipping within the United States: $6.99.
• Free shipping on orders over $50.
• Collect in store at the salon: free.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Collect in store

Choose store collection at checkout by writing "collect in store" in the address box. We'll email you when your order is ready, normally the same or next business day. Please bring your order reference.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Delays and problems

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will trace it. If an item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace or refund it.
