• To confirm and manage grooming appointments.
• To process, ship and support product orders.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep records required for tax and accounting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who make this site work — our website and database host, our payment processor and our shipping carriers — and only with what they need to do the job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

Booking and order records are kept for as long as we need them for our business and legal obligations, normally up to seven years. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to two years.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
