About the salon

Pet Salon By Rich is a small grooming salon and pet shop on West Shawnee Avenue in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. It's owned and run by Jeannie Marie Barnes, who has spent years learning what makes a nervous dog relax on the table — and what makes an owner trust you with them.

We work with one pet at a time. No cage dryers, no production line, no rushing a senior dog through a bath because the schedule says so. If your dog needs a break halfway through, they get one.

The shop up front carries the things we actually use: the shampoo that calms itchy skin, the slicker brush that doesn't scratch, the food our regulars keep coming back for. It's a short list on purpose.
